Saratoga: Today, the Operating Engineers Local 158 endorsed Congresswoman Elise Stefanik for re-election to Congress. The Operating Engineers Local 158 represents approximately 4,000 members in total, and across all 12 counties in New York’s 21st Congressional District: Franklin, Clinton, Essex, Hamilton, Herkimer, Warren, Washington, Fulton, Saratoga, St. Lawrence, Jefferson, and Lewis.
