FRANKLIN COUNTY—Today, 55 Franklin County elected officials, including 35 Republicans and 21 Democrats endorsed Congresswoman Elise Stefanik for re-election to Congress. This is the highest number of endorsements the Congresswoman has ever received from officials in Franklin County, and includes all 8 Democrat elected officials from the Town Bangor.
“I will be proudly voting once again for Congresswoman Elise Stefanik this November,”said Andrea Dumas, District 3 County Legislator and Mayor of Malone (R).“Elise has been fighting for Franklin County, Upstate New York and the North Country since she was first elected to Congress and has continued to bring our concerns to the highest levels of government and delivering real results. Elise has been leading the fight in Congress against Joe Biden and House Democrats’ war on American energy, which has caused home heating prices to skyrocket this winter. She knows that the best way to drive down these prices is to unleash American energy dominance. It is for reasons like this that Elise has my full support, and I look forward to doing everything I can to help ensure that she remains our representative.”
