SARATOGA, NY – The New York City Police Department Captains Endowment Association (CEA) again endorsed Congresswoman Elise Stefanik for re-election.
CEA President Chris Monahan stated: “Congresswoman Stefanik best understands the needs and concerns of the New York City police force. She recognizes the needs of police and the importance of supporting them.
