Statement on Kathy Hochul’s Failure to Condemn Jihadist Mayoral Candidate Praising and Campaigning With a Terrorist

House GOP Leadership Chairwoman Elise Stefanik released the following statement:

“Kathy Hochul’s endorsed Jihadist Mayoral candidate praised and campaigned with the unindicted co-conspirator of the 1993 World Trade Center terrorist attack. Mamdani is a jihadist who is openly campaigning with terrorists and praising this terrorist as ‘one of the nation’s foremost Muslim leaders’ and a ‘pillar of the community.’

Kathy Hochul has failed to condemn her endorsed Mayoral candidate’s literal embrace and support of terrorists. Her endorsement of jihadist Mamdani, which Hochul only did because of her abysmal approval ratings, is going to destroy New York.”
