SARATOGA, N.Y. – In case you missed it, Fox News host Lara Trump told New York’s #1 Talk Radio host Sid Rosenberg that “Elise Stefanik would be the best choice for New Yorkers.”

“Do you want to give an early endorsement to Congresswoman Elise Stefanik on this show?”
LARA TRUMP:
“Well I technically can’t endorse anyone given my role at Fox News, but here’s what I’ll say. I would say that Elise Stefanik would be the best choice for New Yorkers. If I were a New Yorker and I could still vote in that state, that is who I would be choosing as the governor of my state.
She has proven herself time and time again. Don’t forget how amazing and impressive she was in the wake of all those antisemitic attacks on college campuses. She was one of the first people to come out. She absolutely dressed down the heads of those schools and let them know that this is not how we operate in the United States of America.
I think she would be incredible. I hope she runs and I hope that every New York resident realizes how much better off their lives could be with someone like Elise Stefanik as the governor of that state. Man, would it make a big change. You could see a lot of people moving back to the state of New York, Sid, if you had the right leadership in that state.
It is one of the great states. Eric and I lived there for so long and were residents of New York City and New York State. Sadly we have left because of the bad policies of people who seem to hate the residents of New York.
I would love to see her as a governor, absolutely.”
