HAMILTON COUNTY, NY – Today, 45 Hamilton County elected officials including Republicans, Conservatives, Democrats, and Independents endorsed Congresswoman Elise Stefanik for re-election to Congress. This sets a record for the number of endorsements the Congresswoman has earned in Hamilton County, which includes endorsements from every town in the county.
“I’ve supported Elise from day one because she’s always supported our law enforcement and remains a close ally in our efforts to keep our communities safe. I am proud of the work she’s done as our representative and I am honored to endorse her re-election,” County Sheriff Karl Abrams.
“Elise never gives up the fight. With her as our Congresswoman, I can have faith that better days are coming. Earlier this year, she secured $1.5 million in funding for our Small Cell Cellular Deployment Project, which meant so much to us. She has not forgotten the North Country or the needs of Hamilton County,” County Board of Supervisors Chairman and Indian Lake Supervisor Brian Wells.
“I am endorsing Congresswoman Stefanik because she’s been a very strong advocate for Hamilton County. Any time we need something she is always there for us. We know that no matter what issue we bring to her attention, she’ll put in her best effort and deliver real results. Her work ethic is unmatched and thanks to her the North County’s voice is heard loud and clear in Washington, DC,” Lake Pleasant Supervisor Betsy Bain said.
“I am honored to have earned the endorsement of 45 Hamilton County elected officials. Together we’re working to help hardworking families in Upstate New York and the North Country and I look forward to continuing to serve NY-21 in Washington!” said Congresswoman Elise Stefanik.
