QUEENSBURY | Hudson Headwaters Health Network has been awarded nearly $1.5 million in funding from the Department of Health and Human Services.
The grant- totaling $1,490,847- will support the construction, expansion or renovation of the organization’s health care infrastructure to advance health services in medically underserved communities.
“Community health centers, like Hudson Headwaters, are an essential component of our North Country healthcare system,” U.S. Rep. Elise Stefanik said Oct. 4 in announcing the funding.
“I’m proud to announce these taxpayer dollars are returning to our district to support meeting the needs of the residents of Warren County.”
