SARATOGA, NY – In case you missed it, former Post-Star Political Reporter Maury Thompson reports that Republicans continue to heavily outpace Democrats with new voters in NY-21, registering more than double the number of new Democrats in 2020. The Conservative Party saw the highest percentage increase of new voters, growing the party by 8.47%.
Team Elise has been on the ground leading the effort to register new voters alongside our strong local Republican and Conservative Party Committees who have seen historic gains at the local level. In 2020 Congresswoman Stefanik won re-election with the most total votes in North Country history.
So much for the Democrats’ so-called “registration advantage” and the millions of dollars spent by the Far-Left in NY-21 last cycle.

NY-21 voter enrollment up 5.8 percent

New York’s 21st Congressional District added 23,560 active registered voters over the past year, an increase of 5.8 percent, according to a new state Board of Elections report.
The Conservative Party, with an increase of 532 voters, had the highest percentage increase of 8.47 percent.
The Republican Party added 8,836 voters between Feb. 21, 2020 and Feb. 21, 2021, the Democratic Party added 4,413 voters, and the Working Families Party added 45 voters.
