Saratoga, NY: Today, Elise for Congress released the 46th Result in the campaign’s 100 Days, 100 Results program highlighting 100 of the critical wins that Congresswoman Elise Stefanik has delivered to the North Country.
“I spoke directly with Ajit Pai and asked him to overturn the FCC’s decision to exclude New York from Phase I of the Rural Digital Opportunity Fund,” said Congresswoman Stefanik. “This will allocate $16 billion in important funding to expand rural broadband access.”

After Elise spoke with Ajit Paid, the FCC announced that it would include North Country communities in the Rural Digital Opportunity Fund, a national initiative to improve rural broadband access. Affordable and reliable internet access is essential to close the digital divide in our rural communities.
Elise for Congress will release a new Result each day through the November 3rd election to highlight the campaign’s laser focus on Real Results for the North Country.
