Saratoga: Today, the Plattsburgh/Saranac Lake Building and Construction Trades Council endorsed Congresswoman Elise Stefanik for re-election to New York’s 21st Congressional District. Their Building Trades Council represents 3,200 dedicated Union members in the building and construction industry in the Plattsburgh/Saranac Lake region.
