GLENS FALLS, NY– Today, Congresswoman Elise Stefanik released the following statement on Joe Biden’s unconstitutional assault on our Second Amendment:
“Joe Biden’s continued unconstitutional assault on our Second Amendment threatens the rights of Upstate New York, the North Country, and Americans all across the country. If Joe Biden really cared about making a safer America, he would start by ending Democrats’ soft-on-crime policies, which have allowed violent criminals to return to our streets rather than stay behind bars where they belong, not attacking law-abiding Americans’ God-given rights to keep and bear arms in order to protect themselves and their property. Americans want law and order, not an illegal gun ban. That is why I will do everything in my power to prevent Biden’s illegal gun ban and defend Americans’ Second Amendment rights.”
