Saratoga: Today, the Police Benevolent Association of New York State endorsed Congresswoman Elise Stefanik for re-election. The PBA of New York State represents the New York State University Police, the New York State Environmental Conservation Police, the New York State Park Police, and the New York State Forest Rangers. Their thousands of members work to protect New York State’s public universities and colleges, state parks, historic sites and battlefields, and our lands and forests to ensure environmental safety and quality.

“The Police Benevolent Association of New York State is proud to endorse Congresswoman Elise Stefanik for re-election,” said PBANYS President Ryan Law. “Congresswoman Stefanik has one of New York’s strongest records when it comes to standing up and defending our law enforcement officers who are under attack across New York. She has been a strong champion and vocal advocate to protect the Adirondack Park as well as the North Country’s many other State Parks and historic battlefields. We are proud to join all of our fellow New York State Law Enforcement Unions in endorsing Congresswoman Elise Stefanik.”

“I am honored to earn the endorsement of the Police Benevolent Association of New York State, which represents New York State’s University Police, Environmental Conservation Police, Park Police, and Forest Rangers,” said Stefanik. “This critical endorsement reflects the broad support for my campaign from law enforcement all across the North Country. I will always support our law enforcement and work toward bipartisan policy proposals in Congress that ensure they have the resources they need to protect our North Country communities safely and effectively. Their thousands of members across the state deserve a representative in Congress who fights for them, and that’s exactly what I’ll continue to do in my next term.”
