When I travel the district, I hear from small businesses about how out-of-control regulations are hurting their ability to grow. I was proud to co-sponsor and help pass the REINS Act. The REINS Act would simply require that any major rule or regulation coming from the Executive Branch be approved by a vote in Congress – putting your voice back in the process.
