Assemblyman Dan Stec endorses Elise Stefanik for NY-21

Willsboro – Elise Stefanik announced New York State Assemblyman Dan Stec has endorsed her campaign for New York’s 21st Congressional District. Assemblyman Stec was elected to the Assembly in 2012 and represents the 114th District; including Essex and Warren counties, and the northern portions of Saratoga and Washington counties. Prior to his election to the New York State Assembly, Stec served as a Queensbury Town Councilman, as Town Supervisor for Queensbury for nine years, and recently as Chairman of the Warren County Board of Supervisors.

“Elise has my full support and she will make a terrific member of Congress. She has a thorough understanding of the issues that matter most to the North Country, and she has the fresh energy to bring new ideas and new leadership to Washington on behalf of Upstate small businesses and hardworking families,” Stec stated. “I’m proud to endorse her campaign.”

“Assemblyman Stec understands what it takes to be a positive and effective public servant. He is a strong voice for the North Country in the New York Assembly in Albany, and I will work hard to be the strong voice we need to Congress. I am proud to have Dan as my Assemblyman fighting for us in Albany and I’m truly humbled by his support,” stated Stefanik.
