Saratoga, NY: Today, Congresswoman Elise Stefanik (NY-21), Chair of the House Republican Leadership, announced that she is donating and spending $500,000 to support local Republicans and committees in all 62 counties in New York to ensure victories across the State this November. In 2022, Elise led the effort to flip 4 Congressional seats across New York to win the House Majority, raising millions of dollars and directing the national party to spend in seats that President Biden won by double digits resulting in key Republican victories.
In 2023 alone, Republicans across New York earned historic victories in local and county elections—defending our incumbents and scoring upsets in seats held by Democrats for decades. In Chairwoman Stefanik’s district, all 15 counties are now under strong Republican leadership — a dramatic shift from when she first took office. One of the most symbolic wins: flipping the city of Saratoga Springs, a longtime Democrat stronghold, to Republican control. Her fundraising efforts and her political team are critical to numerous victories for Republicans across New York.
And the momentum for Republicans is statewide. In 2024, President Donald J. Trump earned more votes in New York than any Republican presidential candidate since Ronald Reagan — proof that our base is energized, our message is resonating, and New Yorkers are ready for change.
