SARATOGA, NY–Yesterday, Watertown Channel 7 highlighted how the Democrats running in New York’s 21st Congressional District are in complete disarray and whichever one makes it out of the primary is “cannon fodder” for Congresswoman Elise Stefanik.
Watertown Channel 7’s Scott Atkinson reported on how a supporter of Far-Left Downstate Democrat Matt Castelli has filed a “general objection” to Communist Chinese Party’s former lawyer Matt Putorti’s petitions and admits he wants to remove him from the ballot in just the most recent sign of how divided Upstate New York and North Country Democrats remain.
Senior Advisor to Congresswoman Elise Stefanik, Alex DeGrasse, stated:
“Far-Left Downstate Democrat Matt Castelli and Communist Chinese Party’s former lawyer Matt Putorti continue to embarrass themselves and show how divided Upstate New York and North Country Democrats are. Democrat Party bosses have long been trying to tilt the scales in their primary favor of their preferred candidate Far-Left Downstate Democrat Matt Castelli, which is laughable as he is a joke and not a serious contender.
“Watertown Channel 7 is correct though it doesn’t matter which of these Far-Left radicals emerge from the Democratic primary. Congresswoman Stefanik will crush either of them easily in the general election by running on her record of delivering historic results for Upstate New York and the North Country families.”
