POTSDAM — The St. Lawrence Arts Council has been awarded a $10,000 grant from the the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA).
The funding will assist the Arts Council with marketing and outreach to support local artists and regional businesses participating in local studio tours and arts festivals in St. Lawrence County.
