Saratoga: Last week, the Adirondack Voters for Change, who are part of Tedra Cobb’s campaign and serve as her Tri-Lakes Regional Campaign HQ in Saranac Lake, wished death on President Trump as he recovered from COVID-19 at Walter Reed Hospital. The Adirondack Voters for Change have endorsed Tedra Cobb, serve as Tedra Cobb’s Tri-Lakes Regional Campaign HQ for Congress, and their members are actively serving as part of her campaign.

As if that’s not damning enough…tomorrow afternoon, Tedra Cobb is appearing as the Adirondack Voters for Change guest of honor at their rally in Saranac Lake:

“Just one week ago, Adirondack Voters for Change wished death to President Trump. And instead of condemning and refusing any association with this Far-Left organization, Taxin’ Tedra Cobb chooses to participate in a rally sponsored by her campaign volunteers who were gleefully dancing in the streets and wishing death on President Trump while he was in the hospital,” said Stefanik spokeswoman Maddie Anderson. “The Stefanik campaign is calling on Tedra Cobb to immediately cancel this event, disavow the Adirondack Voters for Change endorsement, and move her Tri-Lakes regional campaign HQ. Anything less is a slap in the face to the overwhelming majority of North Country voters who chose Donald Trump as their President and have been praying for his quick recovery over the past week. It is absolutely shameful that Tedra Cobb continues to align herself with this radical, offensive group who continue to wish death on the President of the United States.”

From the Adirondack Daily Enterprise:

“Reaction from anti-Trump people ranged from sarcasm to dancing, voicing disdain for a politician they feel is responsible for the virus spreading to more people in the U.S. than in any other country.

“Couldn’t happen to a nicer guy,” Phil Newton said sarcastically at the Voters for Change headquarters on Broadway. “I can’t help but wonder about a lot of people who seem to think that this virus is a myth. … It might shake them up a bit.”

“I thought it was really funny. It’s irony,” she said of his diagnosis. “He’s always saying it’s not a big deal, and now he has it.”

“When Kathleen Klein and Stephen Peters, who were visiting from Binghamton, were asked about Trump contracting COVID-19, they danced around the sidewalk in the rain with their umbrellas.

“We’re just hoping that he takes a turn for the worse,” Klein said.

“Hopefully he’ll die and then no one will vote for Pence,” Peters said. “Biden will be elected, and then in a month he’ll die, and then we’ll have Harris.”
