Saratoga, NY: Today, Elise for Congress released the 27th Result in the campaign’s 100 Days, 100 Results program highlighting 100 of the critical wins that Congresswoman Elise Stefanik has delivered to the North Country.

“After my advocacy, the International Joint Commission addressed the significant water level concerns of our River communities,” said Congresswoman Stefanik. “I have heard directly from constituents impacted by rising water levels and have had the opportunity to see the flooding firsthand, and I will continue to work with the IJC, local elected officials, stakeholders, and affected constituents to ensure that we address their concerns and provide them with the support that they need.”

Northern New York communities along the St. Lawrence river have faced significant challenges and damage due to rising river levels and subsequent flooding. Because of Congresswoman Stefanik’s consistent advocacy and efforts to work with the International Joint Commission, the IJC began an expedited review and additional study of Plan 2014.

Elise for Congress will release a new Result each day through the November 3rd election to highlight the campaign’s laser focus on Real Results for the North Country.
