Saratoga, NY: Today, Elise for Congress released the 11th Result in the campaign’s 100 Days, 100 Results program highlighting 100 of the critical wins that Congresswoman Elise Stefanik has delivered to the North Country.

“I voted to enhance the FBI’s ability to collect data on law enforcement officer suicides at the federal, state, and local level,” said Congresswoman Stefanik. “Our brave law enforcement officers undergo and witness unimaginable stress and tragedy, and we must ensure that they have the resources they need and deserve.”

Elise helped the House pass the Law Enforcement Suicide Data Collection Act, bipartisan legislation that she cosponsoded which requires the FBI Director to establish the Law Enforcement Officers Suicide Data Collection Program. This initiative will collect data on law enforcement and former law enforcement suicides at the local, state, and federal level to ensure that our law enforcement receive the care and resources they need to do their jobs safely and to continue to protect our communities.

Elise for Congress will release a new Result each day through the November 3rd election to highlight the campaign’s laser focus on Real Results for the North Country.
