The New York Republican said Intel members were notified this week that the panels would print only one copy of a transcript for every member of Congress to view.

Stefanik said the only two transcripts that have been made available to Intel members are testimony from Kurt Volker, the former U.S. special representative to Ukraine who resigned last month; and Marie Yovanovitch, the former U.S. ambassador to Ukraine.
